Sydney (Single Test Tube)
Inspired by endless summer vibes and relaxed days by the beach, this blend celebrates what makes Sydney the Tea Nomad home. With a bold base of Chinese and Indian black teas, this confident and fruity blend features a medley of sweet mango and peach pieces with natural passionfruit essence.
We love Sydney as a cold brew (perfect for seaside picnics and poolside barbecues), but it can also be enjoyed hot, to kickstart a day under bright skies looking out upon deep blue waters.
Ingredients:
Black tea blend (Keemun/ Assam), Organic dried mango, Dried Peach, Natural passionfruit essence
Cold brew:
Add 1 heaped teaspoon of tea per 250ml (1 Cup, or regular sized mug) of cold, filtered water.*
Refrigerate 4+ hours (ideally overnight).
*For a party sized brew, add 4 heaped teaspoons of tea to 1L cold water.
Hot brew:
Place 1 teaspoon of tea per teacup.
Add 150ml of freshly boiled water, and steep for 3min. (No milk required.)
Tea should always be stored in airtight containers in a cool, dry and dark place. Teas in our glass test tubes are designed to be enjoyed as soon as possible, ideally within three months of purchase.
